Sustainability

Driven by a desire to contribute to a sustainable eco system, at Al Gelso Bianco we have taken the following steps:

We help our guests to facilitate separate waste collection.
We water our large garden and organic vegetable garden with rainwater collected in a small lake (very small but super precious!) located in what we call the “puddle vineyard”.
We purchase and use only clean energy.
We offer the possibility of recharging electric cars at our charging stations.

We like our world and want to help keep it clean!
We help our children to have a cleaner and more sustainable world for their children.
