We have created our business to take care of people and families who choose our property for a holiday in complete safety.
Our priority is the well-being of guests and staff and we attach the utmost importance to flexibility in booking. We have revised our booking policies to encourage guests to plan their stay in advance, offering reassurance and answers to any concerns and uncertainties.
Health and safety measures
The situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic is constantly evolving and new information is always available. We continuously monitor developments and adjust our policies accordingly.
All apartments are meticulously cleaned and sanitized, using certified professional products effective against Covid-19.
Common areas are cleaned and ventilated daily.
Disposable masks and gloves, and hand sanitizers are available in the apartments, and disinfectants in all areas reserved for guests.
Reservation and cancellation policy
Given the situation caused by Covid-19 pandemic, we strive for maximum flexibility concerning the changing or cancellation of reservations.
Until June 30, 2021, if new travel restrictions enter in force and prevent you from reaching our property (restrictions imposed both in the country of departure and destination), clients will be able to change the dates of stay without penalty, receive a voucher valid for 1 year or cancel and receive a full refund.
We will do our best to provide a safe and enjoyable stay for all of our guests.
