The Tuscan cooking classes are held in the Al Gelso Bianco’s spacious kitchen for a minimum of two persons up to a maximum of 10 persons.

Guests will learn traditional Tuscan recipes that they can make again once they return home, bringing with them the flavors and colors of our tradition and, most of all, the memories of a few pleasant hours spent in company.

The menu varies depending on the season and the needs of clients and possible intolerances considered. For that reason, we invite you to book the course before your arrival, indicating your preferences.

The course lasts approximately two and a half hours and takes place in the morning from 10:30 am to 1:00 pm, or in the afternoon from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
The course ends with an enjoyable lunch or dinner (depending on course time).
